Ai Haruna (はるな 愛 Haruna Ai?, born 21 July 1972 in Ōsaka Prefecture) (born as Kenji Ōnishi (大西 賢示 Ōnishi Kenji?)) is a Japanese transsexual TV personality and singer,[1][2] famous for imitating popular idol Aya Matsuura.

In October 2009, Haruna won the "Miss International Queen 2009" transsexual beauty pageant held in Pattaya, Thailand, becoming the first Japanese contestant to win the title.[3][4]
